@geiko: I don't do it, but I have a friend that uses a 22" flat panel computer monitor for his XBox 360. If you do it, make sure you get one that has an HD input (if it's DVI, you may have to get a dongle, but they are like $5 online)...if your console has HD.

Ack! I always do this. I play around on the Internet and then realize that I got off work a long time ago. Thankfully this time a "long time" means 8 minutes, but that's a long time to stay late on a Friday!

@bilk: 26 minutes on a 5k is pretty good, for me. My best friend is a Marine. He and I ran one together once and he came in at 19 minutes, so I'd assume that's a pretty damn good time (that's just under 6 minutes per mile, which is way faster than I could ever hope for).

@NorwoodIsMyHero: haha...you don't control me to that extent......yet.

For discussion-sake, since comments won't be considered.

@skier-dude7: Thanks. No, I just liked a few that you put up.

@NorwoodIsMyHero: lol...I feel dirty. I really only intend to follow Gabe and Tycho and a few other random important people. No tweeting...except for the one last night...hmm...it's starting! RUN!

Hmm...I haven't heard ANYthing about this and it looks pretty neat.

@Michael Huang: A friend gave me his Real3D ones after he saw it, so cool.

I finally drank the Twitter koolaid last night and am now following Gabe and Tycho from Penny-Arcade...and Joss Whedon or at least a Joss Whedon impersonator.

@mr_peeks: I haven't used it, but there are lots of easy, cheap ways to work forearms. Stick your arms straight out in front of you and slowly open and close your fists over and over again until you want to die. That works them quite nicely and costs $0 (or 2 x £0).

@Bonsai_halcyon: It's choices like this that make me happy to be an American.

Excellent update...

@Bonsai_halcyon: Yup. I was using alt-d and told someone about it and they said "You know F6 does the same thing as alt-d, right?"

@skier-dude7: Sounds pretty awesome. Are these bookmarklets easy to find?

Ubiquity addon for Firefox can also do some of this stuff. Those that know how to do scripting (unlike me) can make it do all sorts of stuff, but out of the "box" it does plenty, including translating selected text.
