Toyota knows how to generate some excitement in racing when it wants to. Too bad it doesn’t trickle down to their cars. How about a Yaris TRD Toyota? a little Turbo 1.6 with 180-200 hp 6 speed would be a lot of fun and get those young people into the show rooms you’ve been after.

Honestly, I don’t see the problem here. Street trucks make perfect sense. I’m sure there’s a lot of people out there who could utilize the utility of a pick up without needing off-road capabilities.
