Congrats to your brother-now-sister. :) Speaking as someone who has been with a friend on both sides of the transition (born female, now male), here’s what I can advise:

I’m so sorry. I get stressed just reading about these- I can’t imagine what it’s like to have actual memories of something so horrific.

I’ve actually always wanted to be a cadaver. I like the idea of my remaining body being used to train a doctor how to care for the living.
