Check and see if your local library accepts book donations. Lots of the kids and YA books that I enjoyed but am never going to read again went to my library as a donation- I like to think of it as a gift that will keep on giving.

Haven’t been diagnosed with GAD, but as someone who’s been diagnosed with depression, I am ALWAYS an advocate for talking with your doctor if your mood getting in the way of your life (which in your case it sounds like it might be). A few therapy sessions made a great deal of difference in my anxiety as well.

Trust me, 25 is still young, you’re definitely not a freak, and don’t let ANYONE tell you otherwise!

I was in a LDR for 3 years (and never a “driving distance” LDR - we’re talking two different states) and I hear you because it suckeddddddd, but now we’re living together, happier than ever, and planning on getting married in the next year so don’t let ANYONE tell you it can’t be done. :)
