If they're erupted, yes, a general is probably not needed. For impacted ones, though, removal does involve surgery and that surgery can be rather brutal, depending upon the angle at which the teeth are growing in and the degree of impaction. I couldn't have had my very impacted teeth removed under a local. I'm not…
That's not right. Orthodontists focus on the alignment of teeth, they're the ones who you go to for braces and retainers. When I got my wisdom teeth out they were removed by a maxillofacial surgeon.
Not all wisdom tooth extractions are simple procedures.
Being an adult is really hard. I haven't been to a dentist since I moved out and my wisdom teeth are coming riiiight in. Terrible jacked-up bike accident as a child has left me with a lot of dentist anxiety (wow super rare!) and this does. not. help. I guess I have a better chance just getting hit by a car on my way…
I hate going to the dentist and this is my worst nightmare. I have one wisdom tooth removed in May because it was sideways, it came out fine and healed well, but I was so fucking scared. I broke down and started bawling before he even did anything.
AHHHHH DENTISTS NOOOOO :(
Or we could go back to not having a TSA.
They also actually catch terrorists on occasion, from what I hear. The TSA has a track record of 0. We're apparently supposed to believe that we're safer because the TSA is so scary that terrorists have given up trying to terrorize on planes.
*sigh* Are we all saying "could care less" now? Because it still drives me insane, much like using "literally" when you mean "figuratively". If you could care less, then you've got plenty care less to give, right? http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/education/gram…
According to her, it's one of her favorite songs, so of course she doesn't actually know the lyrics very well.
Still my favorite cover (though really there are so many I love- the song is great)
Everyone always covers "Landslide", but I'd like to see more covers of "Silver Spring".
Holy fucking shit that audience is TERRIBLE. What the fuck gave people the impression that screaming during soulful, quiet contemplative songs is acceptable? It's comparable to getting up and standing infront of the screen during a movie you like.
what does being black have to do with this? LOLOL (not trolling, honestly curious. i'm a black woman and i feel as if i've missed something and am out of the "black people" loop... again lol)
Seriously, it's very unprofessional. She says it's one of her favourite songs and she doesn't know the lyrics? I know all the lyrics and I don't get paid to perform it.
She does a good job, but is it too much to ask to know the lyrics of a song you're going to perform in front of thousands of people? The phone thing rubs me the wrong way a little bit.
Girl can actually sing, I gotta give her that. Doesn't make me stop wishing she's wear some damn pants once in a while.
I just can't see Selena Gomez as sexual. She has the face of a 3-year-old toddler and being so attached to that other tantrum toddler idiot makes her look even more childlike/childish in my eyes.
