What an incredibly broad and markedly unintelligent comment. Are there nurses who are dumb. There are many "insane and markedly unintelligent" people all over who have various careers.

I mainly grew up in CT and could not wait to get the hell out. I live in Philly now. Its not perfect but I love it. However our roads are pure shit. I miss CT roads.
Oral Flagyl and Vanco are first line antibiotic used to treat C.diff. Fecal transplants are used when C.Diff does not respond to these antibiotics. Cdiff is no joke. It can spread like wild fire in hospital, C.Diff spores can remain on environmental surfaces for months.
And if you don't have insurance, that ambulance ride can easily cost $500+. That's just the ride, not even counting the medical care plus hospital bill.
Anything that touches a patient should be sanitized (not sterilized- thats for invasive procedures) prior to patient contact. Alcohol pads don't do much. Most hospitals use hydrogen peroxide or chlorohexidine wipes. As a RN, I have to say nurses, doctors and patient care techs need to do a better job at this.

As they started singing, one of the groomsmen said "Oh shit", you can hear it in beginning of video. He was right, at that point we ladies were crying! I think my brother cried as well. It was such a cool moment on a very awesome day.
