I would think that in order to bring down power unit costs, the best plan would be to evolve the current power unit, not change it entirely. A brand new power unit means brand new R&D. Back to the drawing board, so to speak. That amount of R&D costs a lot of money too. I would think that possibly, the longer we have

This is not new. Not even in the past decade. Stop posting sensationalist articles about things you clearly know nothing about. Source: I am a veteran with over 9 years experience on a ballistic missile submarine as a missile technician.

If you’re going to go grey/silver, you might as well go with battleship grey.

So....your saying that it would be better to take the guy racing for the perennial back-marker, to the top drive on the grid?! Talent and potential, notwithstanding, that would still be an incredibly bone-headed move for Merc. Werhlein has very little experience in F1, even less experience when it comes to providing a

I don’t know what you’re on about. I thought that the second episode was hilarious. Top Gear or The Grand Tour wasn’t/isn’t a car show. Its a comedy show that involves cars. Sometimes more in depth than others, but the underlying theme is the three idiots. Not necessarily the cars that they’re driving.

Sounds like a good idea. Especially considering how ridiculous the grid penalties got this season (McHonda). It would motivate the constructors to be more prudent with their power units. Though theres one hiccup in this plan. What about teams like Williams, Force India, TR, RB, etc? They purchased their power units.

Yup. I’ve owned an 8 and a IX SE (not simultaneously) previously. Ive seriously considered getting another IX. I miss that cars’ character.

You know what definitely won't pass a state vehicle inspection? This car. Precisely why it shouldn't be on the road.

All these purists complaining about the riveted on fender flares when Porsche put them on the 993 911GT2 from the factory. I think the reason a lot of people like Nakai’s work, and not Rocket Bunny or LBW is that even though these flares are enormous, they still flow with the hips of the car.

MARGHERITI!!!!

FYI, 11pm airtime may be PST. I set up to record it, and its showing first at 1am EST on Thursday.

So if these two TDI owners are so environmentally conscious, why would they drive a car half way across the country that apparently pollutes more than advertised? I understand their intent, but it sounds slightly hypocritical.

At least on the coupes and sedans. No bueno on the suvs

Boasting? No. Legitimizing the facts I stated? Yes. I work for the Navy, not LM. And as these flights are announced, I am allowed to share certain information after the launch has been completed.

Watching this blow up on social media has been entertaining to say the least. The amount of conspiracy theories have had me wheezing like a dolphin. I work at NOTU (thats Naval Ordnance Test Unit for the non-acronym inclined) I personally crawled inside that missile, and built it for the purpose of that test launch.

I bought an Evo 8 back when they first arrived in the US. Then a few other cars and years later, I picked up a used Evo 9. I loved both of them, and Ill probably buy a third in a few years, but it won’t be an Evo X. Because of their attempt to move it a little bit upmarket, its aluminum block engine, and its styling

Chasing Classic cars is a decent show, it can be a bit dry though. It kind of reminds me of Jay Leno’s Garage, but without the overwhelming amount of denim and less chin.

Because the sunlight reflects off the salt?! I would have never thought of that. Sounds like the most uncomfortable sun burn. Ever.

Looks like another great Guy Ritchie film, but whatever happened to Rock N Rolla 2?

This was my first thought as well. Touche
