I do the same thing, i deliberately handle all issues (i'm in IT) that were submitted with tickets first (people who actually follow the rules), e-mails second and then if I have time i'll listen to your voicemail and get back to you if its more than something like 'call me back'

you're damn right i'm going to steal it anyway. as long as the studio's refuse to provide a good business model to suit the customer's needs (i.e. letting me stream or download new movies at a reasonable cost) i will continue to pirate them.

i found that lockinfo totally chewed my battery (iphone 4, got about 15 hours of mostly standby) and once I removed it everything was fine. other than that it was pretty great, but i couldnt overlook how much it killed the already short-lived iphone battery.

whatsapp recently added this to their latest version... this app would have to do something pretty damn special in order to get me to try and convince all my friends to get it (again!)

I think the best way to implement all these things securely would be to combine it with some sort of biometrics... like a thumbprint scanner that will activate the NFC radio. although that is providing that people won't just start cutting off your thumb when they steal your phone...
