@kilikopele: It all depends if you, as I do too, have older Intel chipsets. But the option is not a hack, you just have to install the 2.4 driver (a line of code or three clicks with the mouse).

@tabeysekera: It's called dual booting, there are many guides on the web that will tell you how to install both OSes on your hard drive and switch to one or the other at boot.
