I was at a wedding that had a local taco food-truck come and do the catering. Best tacos I’ve ever had and best wedding food I’ve ever had. Obviously the olds at the wedding were a bit confused by it, but not their wedding so who cares?! Bride & groom said it cost them about a quarter of what an average-to-bad buffet…
