It's good to listen to an employee that works, or has worked at the company in the past. However, don't take that person's word as gospel as they may have their own bias against aspects of the company or people in the company.

Does anyone else who listens to the podcast think that the show has gone a bit down hill since he started the "It Gets Better" campaign? The podcast seems like an afterthought and today's show featured a bunch of non problems.
