I'd be more terrified if Phil suddenly started writing reviews that engaged with the show.

Yes, of course. An *older* *Asian* woman being considered attractive? THE AUDACITY. Go get recast with a white 20-something, Ming Na.

I'd tap him like a well… in the desert? Or something. A hot person in a TV show?

It's when Shonda Rhimes and Chandra Wilson fuse together right?

All the boy butterflies are doin' each other.

Willow : Well, maybe we started a new tradition this year. Maybe not. But at least we all worked together. It was like old times.
Xander : Yeah, especially with Angel being here and everything.

Yes, but she could have been utilised in a second season of the show.

Since when were "huge, earth-in-the-balance events" necessary for telling a good story? AoS is a mixed bag for me but it's not at all fair to blame this on a lack of scale. Plenty of genre shows exist in their first seasons without apocalypse level threats (Alias and Angel come to mind).

I dunno, considering the main conflict for the pilot was "Do we kill Mike?" and the climax of the episode revolved around its non-violent resolution, I'd say it's pretty fair for Call Me Carlos the Dwarf to call you out on it.

Coming out isn't necessarily all spotlights, glitter and PA announcements. It's as simple asmentioning you have a same-sex partner, or commenting that you find an actor attractive. (that's what I mean about the relevance of this article to sex/sexuality) Perhaps you dislike people disclosing their sexual preferences

Okay so you have two complaints, I'll tackle them separately.

Yes! A thousand times yes to this. Although I shudder to think what the comments will be like on a second article relating to queer issues.

Re: assuming heterosexuality. That's called heteronormativity. Your analogy is very accurate but you can probably just modify your language to say "are you seeing anyone?", "are you dating somebody" or "do you have a partner?" You could also expand to "do you have a girlfriend? boyfriend?" Overall, people won't be

Your attitude would be great in a post-sexuality world. We don't live in one of those. We live in a heteronormative, homophobic society that privileges heterosexuality and the assumption of it. If you don't care about sexuality then stop smothering the voices of minority sexualities.

I got a little bit emotional reading your post. It's so lovely to hear that there are parents who are educating the next generation that being gay is normal and one of many things along a spectrum a person can be. Thank you for sharing.

My favourite part is that the Dalek completely stares down Rose, Adam and the guard as it comes up the stairs, you can see the "bitch, please" in its eyestalk.

Let's not let silly things like numbers and facts get in the way of things.

I can totally get on board with that explanation but all I could think of during that scene was Thor's ability to summon Mjolnir which is not only an example of (limited) telekinesis but one that happened on the SHIELD Helicarrier.

You. Are. Not. Alone.
