Well, you could get away with it up until the early '90s. Here's the late Gilles Villeneuve making a Ferrari 312 his bee-yatch.

Picture says yes, yes for Gran Turismo 5, at least.

My cover image is a bright orange McLaren F1 drifting. I think that is what you kids today would call "epic win", ja?

It looks like the F-22, but does it work like the F-22?

Not sure what's the best part of barn finds, the car itself or the story behind it. Was this the a gift to a prized son/wife/husband who died too young? A midlife crisis toy that suffered from new puppy syndrome; it became too much trouble to care for once the novelty worn off? The last vestige of somebody's youth?

Please tell me somebody save the twin-turbo V8. It would make for one hell of an AE86/MR2 swap.

Yeesh. My very new ThinkPad's HDD is throwing SMART test failures. Can't help but wonder if that's the source of my CLASS PNP system hangs and inability to use the built-in nVidia software.

Now playing

Big crashes? How about Michael Waltrip's run-in with the concrete retaining wall at Bristol back in '90? Car is torn in half, everyone thinks he's dead but he walks away.

Only gripe is that 3/4 window looks a bit funny from front 1/4 view, but other than that, I love the shit out of this thing.

Arthur is STILL on PBS. It's on season 15 or something. A part of me now wants to watch it for nostalgia's sake, the other half to make sarcastic comments while taking shots.

Make mine a CTS-V wagon. Brawny, hairy-chested, and oh yeah, it's still a wagon so I should fit right in.

Well, if the alternative is this:

YAYOYAYO! DREAMIN' DON'T GIVE IT UP CHINA!

If you're basing your eating decisions on some sort of gender role, whether real or imaginary, you might want to rethink your priorities.

Not taking driver's ed in high school. Due to budget cuts it became "optional" so I decided to drop it and take an extra AP class. It seemed like a good idea, but by the time graduation rolled around my parents suddenly wanted me to take it because it would make me a better driver. Maybe.

Damn it, there needs to be a Desu-san clause because you would win these EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

No. Mechanics are people, too - there's good guys and there are douchebags. Trust the good guys, ditch the douchebags.

Hey, I still have/use a CRT TV. It was free. Not going to toss a perfectly good TV.

Well, that was only the north part of Japan. The rest of the United States, for instance, was still up and running despite Hurricane Katrina. Shaken, but still going.

AMG LOL on a heavily modified E92 M3. This would be cool...aside from the fact that my former '60s-'70s-era muscle-car driving father totally out drove with a Toyota Sienna on I-5.
