I stated how I feel about his current visa and what should be done with this deportation. I was referring to the fact that he’s an undocumented immigrant that’s been on-and-off living here for 14 years, being deported multiple times.

If other qualifications were required but are not being met, then I can understand the deportation. If his caregiver status is enough to support the visa, he should be allowed to stay…
