My GF never leaves home without makeup, I’m taking about NEVER.
She would spend minimum of one whole hour to put on makeup just to go to the grocery store literally 2 minutes walk away.
In fact she insist on having makeup on before she would go out to our in house communal laundry washer unit.

My guess is they really thought that the car was stolen and tried to book him for GTA.
