Thank you so much for this post, honestly. I have had the most awful day where I want to simultaneously sob and punch people in the face. I don’t have a good story, but I can’t wait to read everyone else’s.

You get it! Except I shave my legs first, over parts while conditioner is percolating.

Yesssss watching this tonight! Only bummer is that we’ll have to wait 3 weeks for episode 2.

Heaven forbid you see a female nipple. Especially a female nipple making a statement about racial justice. Fucking Facebook.

Ugh I just read that yesterday! So horrifying! I almost had a rage blackout.

They’re just “zealously representing their client.” Also they don’t give a fuck about rape victims.

Thanks for not using “threesome” in the title this time.

I believe it’s Laura Richards who says “stalking is murder in slow motion.” We have to start treating stalking, dv, and sexual violence as huge red flags for murderers :(

Well we’re getting nitpicky here, but we’d have to look at exactly what they said. “In my opinion, Burke killed his sister” is different than “I believe the evidence suggests Burke killed his sister.”

Yes. Defamation is when you knowingly communicate a false statement of fact. Opinions are protected by the first amendment and truth is the ultimate defense. Basically, CBS will likely first argue that the show only highlighted the opinions of experts, and secondly, that what the experts said was truth, which is where

Good luck with putting Burke and John under oath for depositions where they will actually be confronted with evidence. This could be interesting because it would basically a de facto murder trial. Here for this!

Bring back Nick Jonas.

More like a half, maybe three quarters of a season man. He's incapable of not derailing a good thing.

Seriously, we know In The Cut exists, Joss!

I know he’s like SUPER in love with his wife or whatever, but damn... a girl can dream.

Fire, eh ;)

Ciara’s kid is so so cute. It hurts my ovaries!

The only reason Rose’s lawyers pushed this was to intimidate the plaintiff into dropping her claim.

Entirely possible. I loved the behavioral analysis Jim and Laura did though. I am so fascinated by profiling.
