You won’t get phantom braking unless you’re on AP or adaptive cruise.  Daily driving does not cause or activate phantom braking.

Its not just YOU, the truck is indeed dimensionally smaller than the intro truck.   Elon realized that most American garages would not fit the original within their space.   The current one off truck looks about as big as a mid size PU like a Colorado or even Ford Ranger.    Thats not necessarily a good thing.

Actually, when it comes to pickup trucks, looks are relatively objective. If it doesn’t have a flat boxed bed, cab and rectangular front end, pickup buyers will reject it as too far out there.   Which it is.

Because Model Y sold 20X the amount of Mach-E?   X was in a transitional year and the X and Mach-E are vastly different vehicles.  Its easy to shoot at a non-moving target that is the X.
