I work for a similar place and have been lucky in this sense too. It’s been kind of fun to get to “meet” my clients’ dogs, etc. on calls - I think it’s led to closer professional relationships if anything else. Makes us all seem more human. 

My coworkers and I are fortunate because it’s usually our boss who has to to put the conference call on mute to tell her boys to quiet down. If my 8 year old suddenly pops up in the background to give me a hug, everyone thinks that is adorable. Which she is! She hasn’t met a a camera that she doesn’t want to get in…
