There is no Geneva convention, but there is the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Of which the US and Somalia are the ONLY 2 NATIONS ON EARTH who have not ratified. Somalia has been ravaged by decades of Civil war. Our excuse for failure is FAR less legitimate.
