I mean, maybe I’m using it wrong. But generally it ends up adding icky distortion to even fairly smooth shots which is more abhorrent than the original shakiness.

Look, I feel bad for you. You had to replace your heater core, and it was really, really difficult.

But the thing is, heater cores are a bitch to replace on almost EVERY modern car. There are restrictions on packaging - which are heavily influenced by safety, and also cost. Ease of assembly plays big into the cost…
