Yep, We’re in a weird spot of filmmaking where everything seems to be about over covering every scene (even ones where people are just talking) with dozens of angles, then making sure you use every single angle someone shoots with no apparent regard for what the scene actually calls for emotionally.

Love a lot of this list especially that Mulholland is at top. Not so sure about The Master and Synecdoche, New York, as I felt both had portions that were amazing, but fell flat overall. And Inside Llewyn Davis was a weaker Coen Bros for me (and thus others should be there in its place).
