I sort of agree with the commenter about number 4, only because you equated food logging with calorie counting. You can do portion control without calorie counting, but you still have to log what you eat. It works sometimes for people who are more visual. The point that the log is most important still stands.

I disagree with you here. This customer was not satisfied with the product, returned it in resellable condition, and bought something else so the sale was recovered. This is exactly how the policy is supposed to work.

As a person who works retail for a sought after brand: you are a mild annoyance at worst and not the reason we can’t have nice things. Don’t get me started.

My takeaway:
