Off topic, but for a moment I saw MFM and I thought of My Favorite Martian. I was confused for half of a second.

My takeaway:

I’ve had that alarm dream too, but the worst is when I would dream I was taking an exam all night and then I’d wake up and nearly be late for the exam that I had not actually taken yet.

I’m the opposite. I feel like the big event movies are the most tiresome.

Most of the people in Star Wars don’t treat droids like people, so I’m sure there would be people willing to destroy one or two.

I figured the reason was the same as the reason why Marty didn’t disappear in the first movie. You get some time to reverse history for whatever reason.

A few years back I went to college with a mature student from the UK that had shaved his mostly bald head. He said that he got dirty looks when he was back because there’s a stigma associated with having a shaved head there. Is this no longer the case?

Also 34 here. I never got into the game in the first place. I didn’t want to deal with family nosiness, emotional highs and lows, and honestly I’m not big on physical contact. Also, avoiding rejection.

He seems okay as long as you don’t have to be married to him, related to him, friends with him, working with him, or have any interaction with him. Other than those things, he’s fine. /s

When I was learning French in school in the 90s the program was terrible. I don’t know if it’s better now, but I do think there is a generation of us that took years of French and can hardly speak it and it’s humiliating.

I couldn’t remember their music so I looked it up- it’s the crap they’re playing in the background in the shopping mall that makes you want to gouge your eyes out when you work retail. So yeah, definitely old already.

Someone is eventually going buy the movie rights to the story of how he pulled it off. That will be another payday down the road.
