Common sense gun reform: Open the NICS to private sellers. Right now, if a legal gun owner wants to conduct a private sale then there is no way for them to check the buyer’s background without involving (and likely paying) a FFL.

The second one is horrible, but the first, you wouldn’t want someone to be able to end their life before going into hospice?  I watched my mom in hospice and pass away after two months and it was horrible, she didn’t want to die but if she did, I wouldn’t have a problem with her getting out in a way she felt necessary.
