A couple months back, there was a chargeback on my steam account due to an error on Paypal's part. When attempting to get the issue resolved with Steam support, I received conflicting advice from different reps, and at least one of them felt completely comfortable talking down to me as though I were a thief, despite

Well, Wolfman is on Elite, and I think Dracula is too. Not sure about Frankenstein's monster though.

None of us know any of the details here beyond what's in the video. Aside from that, it's a "he said she said" situation. In other words, don't be so quick to rake the girl over the coals just because her dad, who now faces serious consequences for his actions, seeks to villify his accuser.

So having a hobby you don't like is immediate grounds for dismissal as a potential date? Srsly? I thought we all got past that shit back in high school.

@Ghede: Not to mention the malware that hijacks your browser and redirects you to backdoorsluts.com or some such thing whenever you do a google search.

Alright, the above excerpt was clearly not written by an actual freelancer. I work completely freelance, so let me clear a few things up.

I'll kill a man in a game just to take his hat.... if that's the best version of myself, what kind of monster am I?

anyone else notice that they say it's safe, but all their test subjects are wearing sunglasses?

@Benny: no, you thought you'd make some money every time someone clicked the link to see what it was, and then happened to buy something else while at amazon. You're a spammer, not a do gooder in the community trying to point out a cool product.

@Benny: stop spamming up the comments with your amazon affiliate links.

I have to disagree with you Luke.

it appears the warrior has seven hearts rather than six in the PSP version. Interesting.

@housemaster22: It's not the only thing I repair, nor are repairs my only source of income..... that being said, I do make a good chunk of cash off of 360 repairs, and that is rather damning for MS.

@Rictor: MS doesn't make the hardware themselves - most of it is outsourced.

@blehh: I tell everyone about the MS warranty - they go w/ me for the sake of saving time.

I repair Xbox 360's. I don't work for MS, I offer my own alternate services - I'm quite good at it too - I don't just do towel tricks and the like as some "repairmen" do, I actually seek out the problem, and fix it, whether that involves replacing the AV jack, or reflowing the GPU. I don't say any of that to brag, or

@Jwhite1979: These artists did the work for google in exchange for recognition. The recognition, while nice, doesn't pay the bills. Google paid them in recognition, and other companies are likely to follow suit - after all, google is an industry leader. maybe next time it's comcast that's asking for handouts, or

@reluttr: A contest is fine. It allows undiscovered talent a chance to be seen. What google did was akin to your boss coming into your office and asking you to work a week without pay in exchange for a big sign on the front of the building that proclaimed you were a good worker.

It's worth noting that google solicited professional, talented artists to do the art for those themes for free.
