I’ve been considering watching it but don’t like wearing my glasses when I’m sick, so I skipped over it yesterday.

Am currently home sick with something vaguely flu-like and am lamenting the fact that I’ve already binge watched everything worth while on (Canadian) Netlflix.

I was horrified when I found out about them. I cannot fathom valueing human life so little.

Her ‘indigenous background’ 100% impacted her treatment.

Still less horrifying than 99% of the Barf Bag roundups.

I’d like to add that uniforms don’t solve the underlying issue, which is that when you dictate what women are allowed to wear for the sake of men being able to “focus” you’re reinforcing the idea that women are responsible for the way men behave towards and sexualize them, when what we SHOULD be teaching our children…

Except, women are still targeted when wearing school uniforms.

I have been debating getting food themed tattoos for a while now and I kind of really want a carrot dandy man now.

I feel like this would be perfect for when I’m trying to ride my bike around without fighting with my purse.

I don’t recommend it, but if you do decide to get one, spend the money to do it right or they might end up burning off chunks of your hair and you’ll have a weird mohawk thing running down your head that will take years to grow out (happened to my roommate)

He worked for a German company in Japan and was pretty high up so that may explain the vacation time.

We’re only allowed a maximum of 4(?) carry over days from the previous year, our manager needs to approve it, and you have to use them before the end of the 1st quarter :/

Isn’t the standard vacation time in the US something like 2 weeks? I know that’s the stadard in Canada but you can usually work your way up to about 4-6 weeks depending on the type of job you have.

Not on Canadian Netflix, and I have a sneaking suspicion HBO Go will be exhorbiabtly expensive because our cable packages are usually bullshit, but I will check into it!
