@KamWrex: All of those cases you mentioned were Supreme Court cases. This is just a Circuit Court, and their job is not to set precedent but rather to interpret past decisions as well as possible and apply them to the current case.
Honestly, if money is no object, this is a really cool idea. However, if you're like the other 99.99% of Americans who can't just throw around thousands of dollars, it'd be better to buy specialized things that cost between 1% and 40% of the iPad (digital clocks, TVs, etc.)
