I think you mean 90,000 feet, not 90,000 miles. That would be INSANE!

@KamWrex: All of those cases you mentioned were Supreme Court cases. This is just a Circuit Court, and their job is not to set precedent but rather to interpret past decisions as well as possible and apply them to the current case.

Honestly, if money is no object, this is a really cool idea. However, if you're like the other 99.99% of Americans who can't just throw around thousands of dollars, it'd be better to buy specialized things that cost between 1% and 40% of the iPad (digital clocks, TVs, etc.)

@symbology: Thank you! Finally somebody stated what I thought was obvious! I really don't see the big deal. People aren't going to spend $65 a month just to watch YouTube if they have no idea about different bandwidths. There's nothing wrong with encouraging people to buy more with the ol' "Good, Better, Best,…
