The fact that the story will probably take place entirely in LA helps, since it will allow them to keep things completely separate from the going-ons in NYC.

Hah, yeah, Xavin was kind of an underwhelming character on a team that had a lot of emotional impact and angst. Being a Super Skrull, they might not have the rights to it anyway, or they’d have to retcon its race I suppose. I’d be fine with leaving it out altogether.
