Happy for Perez. Wasn’t long ago that his future in F1 was a bit up in the air
Forza Horizon 4 did have a really great handling model.
Damn, thanks for sharing.
As cherrypicked as it might be, and as not-actually-affordable $43k (before incentives/tax shit) actually is, AWD is something that many buyers in snowy climates explicitly look for, as someone who lives in the Northeast, so I guess it’s not a terrible fact to lean on.
Sinclair C5
I agree. My boss (mechanic in the USA) has a dually Sprinter van and it’s unbelievably useful. He hauls and tows all sorts of shit. It also still has a backseat for his kids. Definitely more comparable to a 3500/4500 truck but I’d argue that it’s better in a lot of ways than those for around the same cost.
Man, if I’ve got seven figures for a track toy, I can hardly think of a better option than this. It’s got history, it’s got an iconic livery, it’s modern, and it’s a proper race car. Would take over a 991.2 Porsche 935 any day of the week
There’s something soothing about the fact that there’s still a new car for sale that I would consider a dream car. The 9000rpm 4.0, the manual, the new suspension. And the back is way better looking (IMO) than the standard Carreras. Props to Porsche, they know what keeps them special in this day and age
I actually like the design, similar to how I like the 570S’s design as well, but I wish they’d’ve put a little more 720S into it. The 720S looks like a goddamn UFO and I think it’s the most gorgeous supercar in the last decade if not more. But I’m just glad they didn’t take inspiration from the GT.
Huge for Jimmy obviously but also I think huge for Praga, huge for the series, and huge for sim racing. Dude’s got a positively massive following especially considering how much of a niche “true” (i.e. not Forza Horizon) sim racing is, and the publicity he’ll bring to Praga and Britcar will be significant I think. And…
Man, I envy Jeep owners. I’m currently a tech at an independent shop that mostly works on Porsches, BMWs, and Minis, and it’s not all bad, but there’s too much shit that’s just way too much of a PITA for its own good. And I don’t even do particularly massive jobs (yet!). And all of the legit parts are expensive. Look…
Sad. I really like GTE, more than GT3, but I get that racing isn’t cheap.
There’s a 911R that comes to my local car shows (cars & coffee, miscellaneous meetups, etc.). Fucking beautiful machine. It seems relatively unknown, or at least slept on; when it’s parked next to, say, a 458, the Ferrari always gets more attention, even though the Porsche is much more special. I always get a good…
Acura ZDX! Definitely odd
While I’ve loved cars for all my life, only now am I learning how to drive.
This is an extremely foolish take
Have you seen any of Toyota’s recent designs, including Lexus?
why would they want to keep heat in the brakes?
I trust david tracy to drive well in that wagoneer more than I would trust any random guy plucked off the street to drive well in a car with super-advanced safety features
