Intel’s 10nm has been “coming soon” for years now and the yield is still low. I’ll believe they have it sorted when I see some volume production.

I would gladly pay more taxes towards infrastructure. Beats the pants off spending it on a military budget that is overblown by at least 4x. Infrastructure spending benefits everyone, gives jobs, and doesn’t make us look like raging dicks to the rest of the world.

There was talk of Samsung putting in a plant in Austin near the TSMC NA HQ.

Oh that front end tho...

Yeah I remember that as well, and you bet that if a tonneau cover increased mileage even incrementally they’d be fitted as standard to at least one trim level to gain a few precious tenths of MPG overall.

It’s gotta be 25+ years old, I just can’t imagine THAT person paying for someone to detail instead of paying for 22" chrome rims.

Fun throwback!

So many things with that... like why the white? Of all the colors to go on a steering wheel for every reason known to man... why white?

I just.... I can’t even with that.

A 152 HP crossover need not have a “sporty ride” in fact it need not have any sporting pretensions at all.  Why not have it ride nicely instead?

Sorta like "sign then drive" right?

Damnit Torch I can only love you so much!

The plot was disconnected and sometimes nonsensical but it was good fun and entertaining to watch.  I very much enjoyed it.

Allow me to rephrase, I don’t mean that bed size and payload capacity dictate towing capacity I’m saying they are more important to the buyer.

How about the rear sonar sensors that became ubiquitous in the mid 2000's on most Fords in the exact same layout and design. A solid 20 years after this and they pop up again. A good feature that predated the back up camera for helping us back up things with crap rear visibility.

I would think bed size and payload capacity would be the big things more than towing. Also, towing with a small truck isn’t nearly as nice as a larger one.

Our power company used them for a bit about that vintage.  Bought white and wrapped them orange, so if they were all fleet white you can guess one likely source.

I really like the idea of not being blinded by every douche in a brodozer with an aftermarket headlight swap.

Do my eyes deceive me or is there a center mounted aftermarket 6x9 in that dash... just like an old truck might have?

I find usually the IRQ is disabled in BIOS so it doesn’t give it an address. I usually disable any I have if they’re not in use to prevent any issues with other peripherals down the road.
