I want to argue with you but alas I can’t.

I like the chunkier wheels, that shape is designed to contour to your hand and be easy to grip. I don’t miss the thin hard wheels of yesterday that your sweaty hands would slip all over after a few minutes of grip.

Everything else aside, I hope those wheels end up in the hands of some of us regular folks... because AWESOME.

My general rule of thumb is if it would be a PITA in the lil car I just eat the fuel economy and drive the truck. Pretty much use it in the winter, for work, and for camping or going out in the wilderness.

In the winter I load about a half ton of salt in the bed as ballast. You get the benefit of weight and salt if you need traction.

This all sounds like “city problems”.

I’m just over here adding up the cost of tires on that thing and getting anxiety from it.
