One couple did that very thing here in Maine for years until they were told in no uncertain terms that they were not allowed to have ANY part in ANY business that even indirectly sold cars. They were re-incorporating under different family members, different dealer names, different addresses, etc every few months.

I think people here in the US assume everyone else just does things the exact way they do, which is funny since from state to state things change drastically.

WTF are they “prepping” for $3K?

So what you’re saying is....

I think around here if you even offer to take one (a Frontier) they’ll simply give it to you.

It happens. I did about the same on a lil commuter car and TBH just realized I’d paid half of it off this year without even noticing it. Having something reliable and efficient with a warranty is just verrrrrrry nice.

I remember having an Explorer during the Firestone fervor and being very glad that I had swapped the ‘stones for Michelins. I’ve bought Goodyear tires exactly once and they were absolute garbage. I’ll never buy them again knowing they were willing to go to such lengths to cover up a bad product. I never bought any

The T-bird is a hoot but there is like NO headroom in it.

The 2 door V6 was a reasonable amount of fun for a blandmobile.

I just threw up a little in my mouth.

I really like the look of those, but I’d be for the V6 AWD.

I have this unnatural love for those things. If they brought any over here I’d have one for the weird French factor alone.
