I truly cannot understand how guys like Shaq, Glen Davis, Mike Sweetney, etc. can be overweight and play in the NBA. I know everyone’s metabolism is different but these guy’s diets must have been absolutely outrageous.
I generally go for a skillet if possible. Some combination of hash browns, ham, bacon, cheese, avocado, etc with some runny eggs on top.
