It’s only the aforementioned assholes who are paying someone to tell them how to use the property they paid for, everyone else is paying someone to tell the asshole how to, or not to use their property.

I’m not paying them to tell me what I can & can’t do. I read the rules before I moved in, and I’m fine with them.

Those tax breaks and tax refunds tend not to go to the people who need it most though. They are mechanisms for helping out the wealthy and middle class.

I have an easy answer for that - I lived much more comfortably, 15 years ago before the recession, than I do now. A lot more job experience, but only making 20% more than I did, then. It’s too bad my housing cost in the area, jumped over 65%, and all my bills are more expensive, while medical also takes a bigger chunk…
