This album appeals to the angsty 15-year-old suburbanite in me who disappeared decades ago. I don't think about it too much. I just listen to it over and over again.

We, as a nation, consume far more water per capita than any other country.  To frame the water crisis as a global one might lead Americans to think, "Hey, my taps are running.  At least I'm not one of those poor chumps in Africa."  Water is not a Third World issue; clean water is not an American right.
