I’m a home inspector. I lift every car cover I see after I try to guess what it is. As a car guy, it’s impossible not to want to take a peek.

This is an easy one, my 2008 Cayenne Turbo. Took me 8 months to find one with the options, service records and miles that I wanted. It was offered at a Porsche dealer (Sewickley in PA) but did not have a CPO certification. I asked for it and they told me they didn’t have a chance to certify it yet and they would do it

What nobody is acknowledging is Chevys current design language is awful. From the sub to the sedans to the suvs, it’s horribly dated and bland. I can’t believe how conservative they have become. There is nothing that would drag me into their showroom

I’m the prime example. I bought my dream vehicle, a 5 year old ‘08 Cayenne Turbo with low miles and a CPO. When it was on the road, it was fantastic to drive. In 18 months of ownership, Porsche put over $60,000 into it. That’s right, sixty thousand. After tens of thousands and the third cracked pano roof I was

C'mon, you're comparing getting an RS to your Escape?? have you ever even driven a sports car? This might be the dumbest comment I've ever read.

Everything broke, but the big things were 3 Pano roofs at $7k a pop and a rebuilt engine at $30k due to cylinder wall scoring. These things were sandwiched between suspension, power steering pump, cam sensor, bad horns, blower motor, coils, etc...

great story. I had a CPO'D Cayenne Turbo that had FIFTY thousand dollars in repairs in 18 months. I just traded it in. Thank god for warranties! !

wow. You are such an asswipe. When you get off your mother's couch and buy your first car, then maybe you can post again.
