That’s the part that is upsetting about this crap, The Rock saved this entire franchise and continues to keep Vin relevant.
Like Disney was going to look for Vin while he was playing D&D during his forced retirement, no, it’s because his ass has a job again thanks to The Rock!

Now playing

Um, I think you are missing a key piece of evidence. Tell me this man isn’t a bankable star:

When was the last time Diesel was in a movie , as more tan a vicr, that he or his sister didn’t produce? If he didn’t have a creative say in these movies, there’s no way anyone would pick him over The Rock. And Diesel knows he can’t carry the movies, which is why The Rock is still showing up in them, regardless of

Disclaimer - I’m not a Vin Diesel fan boy - he’s made some trash films, but to say that the FF wasn’t making big cash until Fast 5 is a bit of a reach. They were successful enough to make 4 movies before he appeared in the franchise. That’s like saying, the Bond films didn’t start making big cash until Daniel Craig

Here’s hoping they did it because another, more relevant impeachment drama is currently in the works.

I agree. I think it works in terms of the impact it has on the character. I think a lot of people wanted something more—a reveal that upended where the character fits into the story, her relationships with other people, etc. I’m sure there are ideas I haven’t heard. But the ones I have heard (e.g., she’s a

A nice bump is the last thing anyone in Fleetwood Mac needs.

Those are literally the words the police chief used. What’s the matter with you?

The “point” isn’t some Aesop’s Fable lesson about character. The show doesn’t have a “point” in that sense — it never did, nor does it need to (as Zack Handlen never understood). It’s a long-form fantasy/horror epic, which, like nearly all post-apocalyptic fiction, is working as a meditation on human society and

My brother made that argument once, because to him, any media outlet that isn’t specifically right-wing is hard-left by default. It got me thinking why anyone would want any bias in their media, right or left. Op-eds are one thing, but I don’t want my news anchor picking and choosing what stories they think I need to

Sounds like you’re trying to equate “cunt” to the n-word. Let’s not do that.

Foster had seven stops and one H&R Block.

In which the Lady of the Lake becomes a ninja prostitute!

I’m not sure why they didn’t take that opportunity to kill Leia. She can’t return for IX. Film a few reshoots (Kylo does fire his weapons), adjust that scene where she is blasted into space to make it her death scene. It gives Kylo additional pathos. And it solves the problem of Leia having to now die off-screen in IX.

Soylent Green’s The Walking Dead Stray Observations: Bad Santa and The Walking Dead Fan Theory of Shared Universe is Confirmed Edition:

That’s as good an explanation as any. It seems that she CAN be a good actress, but really needs to be put in the right role to do it.

Reminds me of Kiera Knightly in that they can give you a great performance so long as the director rides herd on them the entire goddamn movie, otherwise they just phone it in.

Natalie Portman is someone who seems to know how to act on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but belongs in a Gatorade commercial on most other days.

No asshole, what we need right now are #thoughtsandprayers

“What’s the problem? I was told to stand here, and wear this hat and jack..... oh shit.”
