What British show helped inspire Mr. Robot? Nothing is mentioned about any British inspirations on Wikipedia. That’s not to say there aren’t any, but they’re usually pretty good at mentioning such inspirations if the creators have talked about them interviews.

No. He actually died. A blod clot, I think. His mother informed his Facebook friends. And word spread from there.

And, yes, I get your snap/Spidey reference.

The spreadsheet is mine, but it’s based off a much more detailed timeline, link of which is in the Changelog tab. The dude, DIrishB, who was doing the detailed timeline unfortunately died a few months back.

Watching every piece of MCU media would take 12 days and 17 hours.

When is her Netflix special?

I really like the first half of the Hulk movie. It really falls down in the second half.

That would be a major rewrite of canon if Pike were to get his injuries this season (2257). He goes on to captain the Enterprise for another 8 years (Kirk assumes command in 2265). And it’s shortly after, that Pike incurs his injuries. He is brought to the Talosians in “The Menagerie” (2267).

What is the plot of this movie? Just a guy going crazy? No killing? Just people treating him like shit for 2 hours? Who puts a stop to his shenanigans? Or is The Joker an anti-hero in this one?

The rest of the women on the show are fantastic.

I hope not.

I’m thrilled, but this should have happened in S4. She’s been the worst thing about the show, especially as the show has tended to give half its focus to her.

I can only imagine that her Olicity popularity has given her the false sense that she could make it on another show and that she actually has acting talent.

I feel Thanos has a super sphincter.

Anyone know why he left SiriusXM’s Lithium show on Sunday evenings? His DJing was excellent. Sunday evenings are no longer the same.

The litter stayed light.

You’re thinking 2019 Langley. 1976 Langley was rural as fuck. Anything east of the Port Mann Bridge wasn’t exceptionally populated until after the Expo 86 boom, when Canada began to open the immigration floodgates (not complaining, just stating).

The reviewer has a turd for a heart. I thought this was a touching episode. It grew Gordon’s character further as a lonely soul, of which we’ve had hints previously.

I thought this packed in more humanity than any version from the Star Trek franchise.

It’s an aluminum case, carried in your back pocket where items are prone to bending. That’s just fucking stupid.

Dafuq? I enjoyed this show. It was a blast to the 80s past. That style of sitcom. And it was written well. And had strong characters.

In their off-hours, AV Club reviewers sit around with friends, sipping red wine and discussing the latest Criterion Collection releases. If they were to give honest grades to fun movies and shows like Infinity War, Captain Marvel, and Star Trek Discovery, they’d lose all credibility with their after-work pals.

Why do you keep bringing up Sybok? I thought Roddenberry wrote ST:V out of canon. Or do you know something about casting that I don’t (granted, I don’t follow casting or ST news at all.)
