Yep, this. The Middle deserves so much love.

Great article… middling episode.

1. Drive
2. The Tree of Life
3. Crazy Stupid Love
4. 50/50
5. We Need to Talk About Kevin
6. Hugo
7. Another Earth
8. Horrible Bosses
9. The Ides of March
10. Arthur Christmas

Same here; a couple movies a week for me, on average, but of this list, all I've seen is Drive, The Tree of Life and Hugo. (Though somehow I did get to see Another Earth, which I can't believe my theater got..) Martha Marcy May Marlene isn't out here (the UK) yet but I'm pretty sure I'll have to catch the remaining

I dunno, I think everyone's being a little harsh on Hayden here. I enjoyed reading this; it was more than a little more than a straight "recap". Not a Murray/TVDW/McNutt-style treatise on the greater meaning of the show, no, but Hayden's recap-with-commentary has a place too. (And has less snark than the TWOP

People gonna complain, but not me. This was just so awesome.

I kind of assume it'll be a show with multiple Christmas episodes over the past decade. The Office?

Yeah, I've been waiting all day. (What can I say, it was slow at work..)

Ah yes, that's a good one too. It's funny, I watch literally zero sports (well, excluding snooker, which I do catch from time-to-time) but I know the Match and Grandstand themes front-to-back and back-to-front; they're absolutely brilliant and deservedly iconic. (As opposed to, say, the soap theme tunes, which are

A few of my favourite underrated ones..

I really enjoyed this interview. I'm a big fan of Hank Azaria - I've enjoyed him in everything from The Simpsons to Huff, and he's often the best thing in a bad movie - and he came across really, really well in this interview. Completely genuine, and extremely interesting. Great choice for a Random Roles,

Agreed, Jordo, great album. So many instant classics - Can't Keep Johnny Down, Canajoharie, Let Your Hair Hang Down, When Will You Die, In Fact, Protagonist, Lady and the Tiger..

Really interesting stuff
I've really appreciated these two interviews. I think his attitude toward the 'user experience' is a great one; it's reaffirming to know that they/he feels that way.

Surprised this hasn't had more comments
I've been a fan of TMBG since I was eleven years old (granted, I'm only 20 now..) and they rate among my all-time favourite acts. Great interview, some very interesting questions and answers, thanks Tasha.

Digging this album
Canajoharie is home to their catchiest chorus in decades.

Longest running
Just FYI, Penn and Teller: Bullshit! lasted 8 seasons. (Though that was a documentary series).

Rest in peace
I don't really know what to say. Springsteen and the E Street Band mean so much to me, they're the only bed that ever really spoke to me in such a powerful way, and C played such a big role in my love of the group, from their sound to their camaraderie. Rest in peace, Big Man - a helluva lot of people

Fair enough, Noel; I'm down with that. It'll just make them even more special when they do come along!
