You couldn’t be more wrong. It says on their website right now new units will be available “as early as this week”. Call them and they will act like this is the first time they are hearing about it

I still have got no notice of anything and Verizon told me to call samsung and samsung told me to call Verizon. And I don’t want a damn s7 edge

You are really dense. He has a defective phone and wants to exchange it. If he cannot he shouldn’t habe spend hours trying to figure what the hell is going on. Further it has been long enough Samsung should be able to tell us when new units will be available so we can make an informed decision.
