Honestly, that is a very small list with easy, cheap fixes. Pads and rotors, any car would need those, simple, cheap. Wheel bearing, wear item, expect some of those, replace only the one, done. I had a rear wheel hub catastrophically fail on my 2002 impreza, it was about $400 for all the repairs that were needed plus a tow to the mechanic. I was not a happy camper considering that at the time the car was at 85k.
