It's okay. I don't need someone who screeches like an 11 year old team-killing and calling everyone noob, between teabaggings. We could do without your particular company.
Monster Hunter is a fairly difficult game that focuses on unique boss battles, and cooperative play.
1) So basically, style differences? Giant weapons may be silly, but are generally accepted as part of Japanese fantasy gaming. I mean, Cloud's sword. Inuyasha's sword.
2) I prefer to think of it as 'hunting'. You…
Dudeman, life is all about patterns. Programming is all about patterns. The best games ever are going to have patterned enemy combat, because that's how you make enemy combat.
The game plays pretty responsively, but it doesn't just give anything to you. It's sort of like a multiplayer Dark Souls- enemies are…
Where's the tube of gelatinous goo that runs out after a certain number of remakes have been made? We are living in the generation of remakes and sequels (sorry to break it to you - it was going to happen eventually). After someone remakes DuckTales, I'm sure someone will remake whatever shitty game you feel…
Call me crazy, but then don't buy the new game and play the old one, since you're already happy with it.
I don't know why you had to say anything at all. You're already satisfied. So shut the hell up.
Iunno. I'm not gonna miss wave-dashing.
Nintendo always intended Smash Bros to be a wild and wacky game. The people creating it felt that Brawl was more like the game they wanted the 64 version to be, rather than Melee. They really liked the ideas of tripping and the smash ball. And in some ways, I love it. Poke…
I think most of the graphics complaints are whining, but I actually agree here. Nintendo should treat The Other M like that Mario Porno that they went and bought all the rights and copies of.
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.
There's a reason why people still name the Super Nintendo their favorite system. Some things look good in certain ways, but when you reach towards realism, there's always an element out of place which reminds you about how fake it looks.
Not if it ends up being more sharp and competitive, like Melee was. I just didn't like Brawl half as much, graphics or no. I think core gamers will deal with worse graphics if the competitive action gets amped.
Yeah, you're sounding super unbiased.
Isn't it great?
:D
Really? Because I love it. The 3DS is probably my favorite system of this generation, and the visual difference between the WiiU and the 3DS for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate were amazing. I really look forward to the local multiplayer capacity of the 3DS.
Yeah, those changes basically rip the fact that you're using Nintendo characters to fight one another in a fighting game genre re-defining way to shreds.
Lol, hey internet!
What's 100,000 consoles divided by 100,000 players?
(XBox) One.
And, even if this WERE possible. Even if this magical cloud computing miracle could both download and upload in this apparently perpetual-motion styled thing (because 100,000 users using the power and speed of 100,000 consoles is still one console per player, minus the obvious inefficiency of going across hundreds of…
Honestly, it'd have been better if they switched from tweaking the different facsimiles, to making them into different costumes from one another.
And I'm not just talking about Fox/Falco styled things. You've got the Mario Tornado, the DK Tornado, the Bowser Shell Spin... It gets to a certain point where you feel…
Also, I wouldn't mind a more condensed list. There was a lot of 'same moveset' characters in Brawl.
Iunno. It's sort of cool that Smash Bros is fun enough that other series' want to take part in the festivities. Makes it more like a celebration of gaming, or an olive branch between 3rd parties.
Favorite playing characters:
Mario (64 and Melee)
Ness (64)
Lucas (Brawl)
Falco (Melee)
Lucario (Brawl)
