    Bkav is known as reputable but I’m waiting for more researchers to demonstrate this works. Lacking was a proper explanation on how they fooled the AI as well as if they had face ID turned on in the first place. Swiping up at the end without demonstrating if FaceID was turned on is ambiguous.

    Heh, thanks for the reply. I’m definitely struggling from separating infosec FUD from facts - management sometimes expects me to jump at practically everything. (The idea of “There isn’t enough OSINT for me to make an appropriate assessment” doesn’t exist for them.)

I work in InfoSec myself and shoehorned into Threat Intelligence (the new hot thing that I’m always trying to filter out the real threats from the sensationalized ones). Any others I ought to be watching

    I use Troy Hunt’s Have I Been Pwn’d and haven’t found much criticism of him before. Can I ask why you say what you say of him?
