I too will keep my manual. I totally see your point though. I wouldn’t be interested in autonomous racing. But that to me is still pretty far down the slippery slope.

I’ve owned a manual my entire life... I get what you and everyone else is saying. I love driving a stick. I prefer it. But if you are to race, don’t you want to do everything you can to win? If the auto is a half second faster then that’s what I do to get the win.

Man cars now a days have the coolest Easter eggs, or cheat menu, whichever you prefer. Gamers rejoice.

Have a 25 month old. Can confirm. This is quite interesting.

Sorry no. YOU do not have a duty to protect ME. I am getting so tired of people trying to make decisions for me. Who are you to make my financial decisions? What exactly makes you more qualified than me to make my decisions for me? Especially under the guise of

Not necessarily. In MN anyway ou can still get a “Salvaged” title after an inspection.

While i like what you’ve done with it personally. I hope you kept the original bits.

Of course you are not the only one. There are crazy people everywhere.

Geez toughen up.

And the baseball glove seats!!

Crazy to me how a tach is an option. Personally, even on an auto I’d like to be able to see engine speed.

That’s only because the dash was assembled outside of the car and put in at another step. We all know what they’re trying to do. I see it...

Geez. Has the tach always been at the A pillar? Fast and Furious much?? I HATED when this was a thing and goes to show OEM are 10 years behind trend.

12 years 3 months and 3 days ago. When I bought my current daily driver.

Looking forward to this. Good idea. And good luck in the future! I’ll be reading for sure.

I can’t believe you even remembered Tamagotchi. Well done. And I agree with you. Just another gimmicky gadget.

So much this. You get a galaxy of stars.

Good on you. I try to do the same thing now. For my daughter. Though I am just starting as she is two.

MKIV Jetta has it too.

I was never a fan of wood grain but this...THIS....this is beautifully, masterfully done.
