Yeah it cuts a key portion of what he said:
This headline is funny but really misrepresents what he actually said, which has nothing to do with not paying attention and everything to do with understanding content without being familiar with the source material.
In this particular case, he makes it sound a lot less like “you don’t need to pay attention” and more like “you don’t need to have remembered every detail and seen/read every side project”.
It’s easy to see why Kanye luvs him some Trump. Game recognizes game. This is the new golden age of grift
Dude I thought it was exaggerations. These are literally the first imagines I found on google.
He looks like a youth pastor doing a rap skit in the second picture.
Michael Scott. This is Michael Scott’s impression of blackness.
Oh....whoa....this fool isn’t wearing a Wakanda Black Panther shirt. He’s wearing a fuckin’ Huey Newton Black Panther shirt. Nah. You can’t do that. You just....no.

I always preferred “Yo Boy” instead of the “W” word...you know, just because of its obvious source. You can still get the point across.
Everybody want to be Black till it’s time to be Black....
Not since the 90s and then only low key. He had a temporary guest of a guest of a guest pass after “Zebrahead”. But he abused even those limited privileges and he’s been sitting on the curb outside ever since, scratching himself and wondering why his buddies won’t come get him.
It’s not that Jones lack the wall- and window-crashing capacity of a rhinoceros, it’s that he’s too ornery and crotchety to expend that kind of effort under most circumstances.
Pacific Rim is my go-to example of dispensing with boring set-up. The set-up is basically just “Aw shit! Monsters! But then, robots!”
The movie literally assembles an avengers team out of a bunch of the lame supporting characters from like 2 Fast 2 Furious, has Vin Diesel say “these guys are cool now and you’re excited to see them,” and we the audience are like “sure, works for us.”
It’s amazing how much time other franchises spend establishing characters boring origin stories and powers, adhering to continuity, etc. even after Fast Five taught us that audiences are perfectly fine just having a line of dialogue about Ludacris being the world’s greatest hacker and then skipping to the fun stuff.
Check and I'm throwing the chessboard off the table. And now I'm smashing the table. No more table.
