This article is all about how the initial report that Minaj was to testify she was extorted wasn’t factual and that defense was not taking place as Minaj is NOT testifying... nor was going to.

No, the disciplinary path for teachers is a LONG and bureaucratic process. I can guarantee you he was immediately fired and censured, possibly rubber-roomed (if he was a tenured teacher). He was, until the disciplinary committee concluded their investigation, unable to teach in any public and most private schools.
