You can add a clock for pitching changes as well. I think South Korea does a 2 minute clock once a pitch change is signaled. We could learn a lot from the South Koreans. Their game is much faster and a much better in stadium product.

It was a great Finals, but people forgot that the games were largely forgettable outside Games 6 and 7 (which were all-timers). The Mavs-Heat Final was better in terms of drama imo.
