Thank god MLB fixed their social media embedding! Now how long until the NFL wises up?

Whatever the expectations were prior to the season, Harden’s cast is better. Imagine trying to score points surrounded by Oladipo, Roberson, Sabonis, and Adams! At least Harden is surrounded by competent offensive players. Gordon, Williams, Ariza, Anderson, Nene, and Capela can all get decent buckets.

Every year: “Wow that triple double is amazing. Lebron has 5 this year!”

“Rochkind, now 40 and an Upper East Sider with a muscular build and a full head of hair.”

“How did he react?”

The efficiency argument for Harden is overblown.

They are still really young. The TWolves don’t have a ton of depth. The West is tough. Good team defense is hard.

I don’t think you want teams like the Warriors and Cavs getting the #1 pick. I mean, I probably would, but it’s bad for the parity of the league.

The Lakers have a young, but shitty roster. Losing their 1st rounder this year AND next year if they fall out of the top 3 is a very bad outcome for them.

They’d also lose next years 1st if they fall out of the top 3. I’m praying it happens.

Oh and here you go. Please tell me again how Harden left because he wanted his own team:

- lol butthurt much?

Yes, I understand what happened. He was traded because the Thunder set an arbitrary one-hour deadline on him. He didn’t sign the extension, so they traded him. By not signing he knew he would likely be traded. The Thunder management are stupid.

“After everything we established—everything we had done—you give me an hour?” Harden told Yahoo! “This was one of the biggest decisions of my life. I wanted to go home and pray about it. It hurt me. It hurt.”

Harden left because OKC ownership was unwilling to give him an extra $1.5M per year and maybe have to go into the luxury tax for one season. OKC got what they deserved and I’m glad Durant and Harden walked out on those cheapskates.

The MVP is no doubt Westbrook in my mind. In 20 years we will look back on this season as his. The triple-doubles. The scoring title. The ferocity with which he plays. The game winners. The carrying this sorry team to a 6th seed in the West. The OKC/Durant drama. This season is Westbrook’s.

The Bulls? The Heat?

True, but it’s also good for small-market teams (and all teams in general really) as it incentives star players to resign with their current teams.

I think Klinsmann deserves every last criticism as a coach, but he did bring in a lot of talent and was never afraid to at least give unknowns a chance.

Counterpoint: Ohio is a trash state.
