I'm assuming they don't look "high fashion" to you because we so rarely (read, pretty much Never) see normal looking women in magazines, and on runways. The concept of "high fashion" is seemingly impossibly thin, wan, bored-looking young women because that's what it has consisted of for the past forever.

I really liked the bright yellow wig she was wearing at the end. She's one of the few people who can pull off candy-day-glo, and that wig was fun.
