Let’s be super clear about this . . . I’m a 42 year old white dude. There is absolutely no place or situation anywhere where I would be stopped by a cop for “exhibiting characteristics of an armed person”. EVER. Zero chance. 

They just released the footage and big surprise:the cops tazed him while hold his hands up to surrender and the muscle twitches made his hnd look like it was trying to unholster his gun on his hip.

He had hands he could have used to shoot a gun, he was not blind so obviously he could have aimed a gun and he was not c0mpletely naked so very easy to hide a gun inside his cloths. They took no chances.
